OUR CAPABILITIES
Our fixed-head, CMZ twin-spindle lathes accommodate both small and large production runs with the following features:
- Ø82 mm max bar through the spindle, ideal for machining larger volumes
- Up to Ø250 mm when machined from billets
- Max length of 500 mm
- 12,000 RPM milling head for efficient manufacturing of complex shapes

With four dedicated quality inspectors, we put transparency and precision at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s internally or with our clients, we maintain open communication throughout each stage of production. Our advanced inspection technology includes a CNC CMM for high-volume runs and a 7-axis Romer Absolute Arm (with laser scanner) for smaller batches.
Upon request, we provide comprehensive documentation, such as:

- 3.1 mill certs (for metals) or material certs (for plastics)
- FAI reports
